Chocolate Bundt Cake with Chocolate Glaze

Extremely easy to prepare this choclate bundt cake recipe is perfect in case you are in a rush to prepare a pastry. But be careful quick to prepare doesn't mean not tasty.

Ingredients:

1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 3/4 cups water
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Glaze
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons butter melted
3 tablespoons hot water
1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a bundt pan and set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, cake mix and chocolate chips.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, water and vanilla mixing well. Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and mix with spoon until just blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Place in the oven and bake for 50 until cake tests done when wooden pick in center comes out clean. Allow to cool 15 to 20 minutes before removing the cake from the pan.
Prepare the chocolate glaze. In a bowl combine the cocoa, melted butter, hot water and powdered sugar. Mix with a spoon until smooth. When completely cool, drizzle the cake with the Chocolate Glaze.
